Returns and Refunds
The refund policy of our Mexican pharmacy is pretty simple. We do our best to make our customers happy, consequently, we have the option for you to cancel the order or return the purchase within 14 days of getting the goods. We try to present the highest quality of available products, but still, if our customer isn’t satisfied with the received items or the quality of the delivery, we will refund money. All you need to do is contact our pharmacy, describe the reason for returning, and apply for a refund.
Reasons for the return:
- Item was received damaged or defective.
- If the medication is expired or close to the expiry date.
- The delay from the agreed time of delivery. If there is no specific reason for the shipping delay, you can ask for a refund and cancel your order.
- You’ve got the wrong items. Our pharmacy thoroughly takes care of each order and checks all the details before packing and shipping your products. However, if you’ve noticed any mistakes or inconsistencies, we will immediately refund your money.
Return process. Before you ask for a return, please, contact the support service with your shipment number or the receipt. Products that qualify for a return may be sent back within 14 days of delivery. The item being returned needs to be brand-new and include its original accessories and packing. After the confirmation of your application for return, you can send your items back to the company and wait for a money refund.
You can check the status of your refund process online on your account. Usually, the money refund is processed within 3–10 business days. We can’t provide a refund if the packaging of the goods is damaged or items are returned more than 14 days after delivery. Also, if the products are not included in the list of items that cannot be returned or exchanged. Please, double check all the requirements and terms before canceling or returning products.
